Major Robert Marchanti, USA

The Patriot Guard has been invited to join in paying final respects and honoring the family of  Maj Robert Marchanti, USA, killed in Operation Enduring Freedom, Afghanistan, 25 February 2012. He was a member of the Maryland Army National Guard assigned to 1st Battlion, 29th Infantry Division Security Partnering Team.
The following is the schedule for the three day event :

Sunday 18 March
Rally location – Trinity Assembly of God Church
        2122 West Joppa Rd (east of Falls Rd)
        Lutherville, Md. 21093
        Rear of parking lot
Rally time – 1:00pm - 1:15 pm
Itinerary – Flag Line in Place by 1:30pm for arrival of family and Maj Marchanti. Private viewing for the family ONLY until 4:00pm. Public viewing from 4:00pm until 9:00pm. Flag line will be held until departure of Maj Marchanti and the family.

Monday 19 March
At 9:15am a small contingent, at the request of the family, of volunteer riders (max 8)

Rally Time – 9:30am to be in Flag Line for arrival at prior to 10:00am arrival
        Line will be held until conclusion of services.

Please be sure to have a full tank of gas on arrival. The route to ANC will not be direct as per MSP so as to avoid traffic issues in the DC area. Bring water/food as necessary, there are no facilities at ANC and dress appropriately for weather. Partly cloudy, mostly dark, high 73 low 55
