Jordan Paganelli, Dep, Leonardtown, 3 Dec

We have been asked by CDR and Mrs. John Paganelli (Laurie) to be present at the services for their only son, Jordan Paganelli, 17, Leonardtown, MD. After a long courageous journey, Jordan lost his battle with cancer on November 9, 2009, five days before his 18th birthday. At 17, he had the ability to bring hope and joy to all those who met him which is evidenced by the strong showing of support he received from school and throughout the community.

His parents remember him this way, "I couldn't be more proud to be his dad. He has embraced the moment and utilized every day he had." From his mom, "He's pretty amazing, he's such a cool kid. He's a very tender, caring kid."

Jordan is to be interred at Arlington National Cemetery on Thursday, December 3, 2009 at approximately 1400 hrs. As this does fall outside of our mission statement, a mission posting will not made to the national site.

We will participate in the procession to Arlington National Cemetery. Be prepared to fly large flags on your motorcycle if you have them. You must be sure that your rig is safe and secure. We may be riding at highway speeds at times. Also depending on the weather and other safety reasons, we may decide not to fly large flags. This decision will be made prior to departure.
