James "Clay" Diggs, USA, Vet., 89, Dundalk, 9 Apr 13

National Condolence Thread

We mourn the loss of yet another member of the Greatest Generation.  The family of James “Clay” Diggs, WWII Veteran, has requested the presence of the Patriot Guard Riders at his funeral service on 09 April 2013.
Mr. Diggs was an Army Medic, TEC 5, who served in the South Pacific (Milne Bay and Hollandia, New Guinea and the Philippine Islands) from 1943 to 1946.  He was awarded numerous service medals including 2 bronze stars.  The first time he saw a PGR Flag Line was at another WW II Veteran’s funeral 2 years ago, and since then he constantly reminded his wife, Kay, that he wanted the PGR at his funeral as well.  Please come out to honor his request.
